Christmas in Heaven

Never before had it crossed his mind, that Christmas could be celebrated in Heaven. His sleep slowly brought him to dream, in vivid color, the streets of gold and the bluest blue he had ever seen. Gathered around were angels, Jesus, His Father’s voice, the winds of the Holy Spirit, and all those who had been received into the City of God!

In perfect peace, the deceased celebrated the birth, life, death and resurrection of the King of kings. In all Glory, Jesus was worshipped and worshipping His Father. The intercessions for those still wandering earth, were put forth. Not knowing who they actually were praying for, but following in God’s footsteps to care for all, they humbly lifted voices. Dancing and singing, in all celebration, the resurrected, bowed to the King.

Angels surrounded the camp, to protect the vulnerable, lest they should tremble and fall. There was no crying, no tears fell at all. The Son shone brightly, gold glistened and diamonds reflected rainbows all around the people.

In all joy, I humbly pray that your Christmas be as memorable, as perfectly orchestrated as the celebration in Heaven. May you find solace knowing your loved ones are cared for and truly happy in all their days, especially this day you gather together here with family and friends.

Proverbs 30:4 Who has ascended to heaven and come down? Who has gathered the wind in his fists? Who has wrapped up the waters in a garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son’s name? Surely you know! (The scenario above is fictional. It is what I imagine heaven is like!)
