Kimchi for breakfast
traditional Korean
ketchup on my eggs

*Kimchi is fermented vegetables such as daikon radish, napa cabbage, carrot, green onion, along with an apple, garlic, ginger, fish sauce and Korean chili pepper flakes. It took two weeks to produce the finished product in my fermenting crock. You can follow my “putting food by” pins on my Pinterest.
