Actias luna

This Luna was already passed away. It is tattered but remains on my bookshelf to adore. I also get 13 Scrabble points. 😉

The Luna moth, a member of the Saturniidae species, has a very short lifespan of seven days.  They are a smaller moth with an average 4 inch wingspan. Their range is incredible, found through out North America; northern Mexico, United States and Canada.

  1. I don’t know what it is. I like moths, but I had an idea for giant moths as monsters in the story – Heat – that I posted just – was it yesterday? – an idea I had years ago. (That part of the story might still come about.) And then you start posting about moths. Weird. Don’t want you to think I’m pinching ideas from your blog.
