Love Rodin’s way of conveying gentleness in his sculptures.

The expression in his hands is evident by the emotion Rodin was able to sculpt out of the material. In the case of Eve, marble helps soften her further.

I’ve been to the Rodin museum in Philadelphia. His sculptures of hands were breathtaking.

Glad to hear that as I am going in June. Since I am walking the 18-mile Out of the Darkness trek, to raise funds for AFSP and suicide awareness, i can check off two items at once. I cannot wait. Read the story behind the museum and so excited to see their collection. Was quite happy to see the walk in Philly this year.
